Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses LibraryMany school districts in Oregon are using a "pattern of strengths and weanesses" approach to help identify and plan for the special needs of students with a learning disability. As a public service, OSPA created this page. It is intended as a quick way to find materials related to this procedure. Members of OSPA are encouraged to pass along their experiences, research, and district policies so that others will not have to "reinvent the wheel." Members opposed should, of course, further the debate by presenting their evidence. The materials are provided "as is". OSPA cannot and does not warrant the accuracy and/or useability of the information for any particular purpose. Please use it in the spirit for which it was intended.
